Caroline was trained as a teacher of French, English and History in Belgium and then, having married a Nigerian, went on to teach and work in Nigeria, Zimbabwe and England. She was a foreign language teacher and head of Modern Foreign Language department in Fulwell Grange Christian School in Sunderland, later becoming Grindon Hall Christian School. In 1995, she obtained a Masters in Business and Administration from the University of Durham. She has a passion for teaching and languages, especially in finding new ways to learning. She was the driving force behind setting up the social enterprise, which was initially called Going For Success and is now Success 4 All C.I.C..

Theodora holds a Masters of Law degree in International Commercial Law with particular focus on Electronic Commerce Law. She trained as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria where she worked in the Director of Public Prosecutions office, taught Law of Contract as a visiting Lecturer and served as a Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser. She decided to take a career break to support her husband in the Missionary field, while at the same time using her legal skills to advice various charitable organizations. In this way, she has had the opportunity to work across different cultures in different countries. Since being in England, she has gained experience of working in the Voluntary and Community Sector, being an advisor at the Newcastle Citizen Advice Bureau. Theodora is also the Executive Director of E-LawConsults.
