Our Volunteers
The success of our services is due to all our volunteers, each contributing with their unique set of gifts and talents. It is not possible to list them all, but please do read some of their comments in the Success Stories.

Michael Ellison
Youth Project Worker
Michael is a born and bred Gateshead lad. He came originally from a showroom sales background and is also an experienced musician. He loves playing guitar and bass guitar in bands and playing music during open mic nights. He likes playing football, snooker and golf. He is also a keen Newcastle United supporter.
He joined Success 4 All in June 2010 and very quickly realised he was able to work really well with our young people who are struggling in mainstream educatin and who are on an alternative learning program. He is able to meet the young adults where they are at and cater to their individual educational and emotional needs.
In partnership with Newcastle Future Jobs, we were lucky to fund Michael through a full minibus licence training, which has been so helpful in being able to pick up young people for our summer schools.
He is now working towards a Diploma in Youth Work and is currently our only Youth Project Worker.
