We can provide alternative education programmes for children and young people who are struggling in mainstream education.
We can train your sixth form students to become peer tutor/mentors to support a wide variety of needs, i.e. mentoring year 7 transition, mentoring transition into sixth form, tutoring borderline D/C grade pupils, tutoring pre-NEETs pupils. They can gain a Level 3 Skills Award from AQA for this.

We can train young people (14+) to run a club and they can gain a Level 2 in Team Working and Leadership from OCN.
We can train young people (14+) to become peer mediators in their school or in their local environment. They can gain a Level 2 in Understanding Mediation from OCN.
We can increase the percentage of GCSE language and A-Level pass rate by providing one-to-one tuition in minority languages such as Dutch, Italian, Turkish, Arabic, Greek, Urdu, Bengali, Polish, Chinese, Japanese and other languages with a trained native speaker.
